CHCI has implemented a new payment system.
Patients that have a "personal statement code” on their Billing Statement
Effective immediately, all payments must be made through the Healow payment page, accessible via the button below.

Patients with no "personal statement code” on their Billing Statement
Patients that DO NOT have a “personal statement code” on their Billing Statement must log into their Patient Portal using the link at the top of the page to pay their bill.
