Greg Jurica
Greg is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Supervision designation (LPCC-S, Ohio CSWMFT Board) and is also a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (Ohio CDP Board). He received his Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Akron; he additionally holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Higher Education Administration & Student Personnel from Kent State University. He provides clinical counseling services for patients of all ages and has worked in multiple areas of mental healthcare in the past. He specializes in treating Trauma and Stressor-related disorders, Substance Use Disorders, the full range of Anxiety and Mood Disorders, Grief and Bereavement, Adjustment-related disorders, and management of life transition issues.
In addition to his role at CHCI, Greg serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate program in the School of Counseling at The University of Akron. Greg lives in North Canton with his wife and three children.
He is frequently found active in a gym, watching sports or crime dramas, caring for his lawn, making homemade pizza, cleaning his truck or especially in coaching softball, baseball and basketball. He joined Community Health Care, Inc. in 2022.
