Dr. Kazlauskas is Board Certified in Pediatrics. She graduated from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at University of Maryland Medical System. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has 3 grown children, all of whom live out of state. Still waiting for grandchildren. She lives with her husband Tom and her 5 dogs in Jackson. She joined Community Health Care, Inc. in 1999.

Dr. Weber is Board Certified in Pediatrics. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She serves on the Fetal and Infant Mortality Review Board for Stark County and is the president of the Jackson Girls Volleyball Booster Club. Dr. Weber lives in Jackson Township with her husband, 3 children and Sheepadoodle, Gus. She loves to watch her children's different sporting events and loves to read. She joined Community Health Care, Inc. in 2006.

She is married to a firefighter/paramedic, has two beautiful boys, loves to travel and is also a travel agent in her 'spare' time. Ashley joined Community Health Care, Inc. in 2019.
