STOW-KENT FAMILY PRACTICE
is located at 2971 Graham Rd. in the community of Stow, near the Kent
border. The
practice opened in November, 1997. The practice draws patients from both
Portage and Summit counties, including the areas of Kent, Stow,
Hudson, Ravenna, Brimfield, Suffield, Cuyahoga Falls, Mogodore, Tallmadge, Rootstown, Brady Lake, and Streetsboro. To learn

This office utilizes the services at Summa Health Systems,
Robinson Memorial Hospital, Childrens
Hospital Medical Center of Akron, and Akron General Medical Center.
Our office participates in most major insurance plans.

The
practice is served by James M. Bailey, M.D., a native of the Kent area. He is a
graduate of Kent State University and the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of
Medicine (NEOUCOM). He did his family practice residency at Barberton Citizens Hospital.
He is board certified in family practice with the American Board of Family
Medicine, and
is a member of the American Academy of Family
Practice. He is also specially trained in
medical acupuncture. |

Michelle Holmer, M.D. is
the newest physician at Stow-Kent Family Practice. She is a graduate of the Case Western
Reserve University School of Medicine, and did her family practice residency at Barberton
Citizens Hospital. She is board certified with the American Board of Family
Medicine, and
is a member of the American Academy of Family

Barath is a family nurse practitioner at Stow-Kent Family
Practice, and is certified in the State of Ohio as a nurse
practitioner. She is able to provide physical exams, illness and wellness care, health
education, chronic disease management,
