We are a full-service pediatric practice located in Stark County,
Ohio. We care for children of all ages---from newborn through
adolescence. Our goal is, and always will be, to provide the finest
pediatric health care possible. We believe very strongly in
preventative health care and in health education for both parents
and children.

Diane
S. Belardo, M.D. (second from right) is a graduate of the Northeast Ohio
Universities College of Medicine and did her pediatric residency at
Ohio State University/Childrens' Hospital of Columbus. She lives in
the Massillon area with her husband and three sons.

Rita Kazlauskas, M.D. (second
from left) is a
graduate of the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. She did her
pediatric residency at the University of Maryland Medical System in
Baltimore. She lives in the Massillon area with her husband and three
children. |
Kathryn Navarro, M.D.
(far right) joined our practice in June, 2005. Dr. Navarro is a
graduate of the medical school at New York Medical College,
and completed her pediatric residency at Westchester Medical
Center in Westchester, NY. She and her husband live in the
Akron area. |
Erin Weber, M.D.
(far left) joined our practice in January, 2006. She is a
graduate of The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in
Cincinnati, Ohio, and completed her family practice residency at
Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. She lives in the area
with her husband and daughter.

 COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE PEDIATRICS is a part of
Community Health Care, Inc. This practice, our only totally pediatric
office, tow has locations.Our office
manager is Marsha Steiner.

main office is located at the corner of Wales and Portage Streets in Jackson Township in
Stark County. Our office is near both Massillon, North Canton, and Canton. Our office is
located on the upper level of the building, and ours is the office closest to the street
corner. Our mailing address is: 6722-A Wales Ave. NW, Massillon, OH 44646,
- Our satellite
office (which will be opening some time in June or July,
2006) is located at 1700 Boettler Rd., Suite 100, in Green, and is
located within the Green Family Practice office suite. This office
is only 6 miles north of the Main Peds office, straight north on Rte.
241, about nine minutes away.

 At COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE PEDIATRICS,
we offer a full variety of services to care for our patients. We are equipped to care for
children of all ages, newborn through adolescence.
We have x-ray facilities in our building, and are capable of drawing blood or
collecting other specimens to be transported to the laboratory. Our office is
handicap-accessible.
Preventative care is a major focus in our office. We strongly believe in
checkups and immunizations as two of many ways to keep your child healthy into the future.
We have brochures and other literature available to explain many conditions and diseases
that your child may encounter. We strongly believe in the parent and the doctor working
together toward the child's good health. |
 At COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE PEDIATRICS, our hours include evening and Saturday appointments, for your
convenience.
