GREEN FAMILY PRACTICE  joined Community Health Care in June, 1999.  Patients are drawn from Akron, Green, Uniontown, Hartville, Springfield Township, Jackson Township, North Canton, and surrounding areas. The office manager is Becky Taliercio, and the office phone number is (330) 896-0009. The practice is located at 1700 Boettler Road, Suite 100 in Uniontown, Ohio, in Summit County,  close to the border of Stark County, in the Summa Health building.

PROVIDERS:

Dr. Lohmeyer lives in the area with her husband and two children.Barbara Lohmeyer, D.O. is a graduate of Ohio University. She completed her family practice residency at Barberton Citizens Hospital, and is board-certified in Family Practice with the American Board of Family Practice. She and her family live in the Akron area.

Paul Lenz, M.D. is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and did his Family Practice Residency at Barberton Citizens Hospital. He is board certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Practice, and is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice. He is an avid runner and is training for the Triathalon. Linda Keith, D.O., has been with Green Family Practice since April, 2002. Linda is a graduate of the Ohio University College of Medicine. She completed her Family Practice Residency at Barberton Citizens Hospital in Barberton, Ohio. She is board-certified in family practice, and is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice. She and her family live in the North Canton area.
